Radicofani is a common part of the province of Siena , in the Val D’Orcia . Over the centuries has been the scene of numerous battles , one of the most ecclatanti was that of 1300 which saw fighting the army of Santa Flora account those of Siena and Orvieto , they were counted in total 400 victims , including almost all Sienese army commanders and to Orvieto . In addition to religious structures in the village you can visit the Fortress of Radicofani and the natural area Forest Isabella .
