Buriano is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the comune of Castiglione della Pescaia, province of Grosseto. At the time of the 2001 census its population amounted to 257.

Buriano is about 17 km from Grosseto and 20 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, and it is situated on a hill in the massif of Poggio Ballone. The village dates back to the Early Middle Ages, when it was one of the towns held by the Aldobrandeschi family; then it was ruled by the Lambardis (until the 14th century) and by the Appianis of Piombino (until 1815).
